Colleagues to Friends.Friends to Adventure Buddies.Adventure Buddies to Forever. Both B's ended up in the Okanagan area, years ago, for different reasons but similar passions.Sharing the drive for the outdoors, the hiking, the skiing and the overall adrenalinepumping adventures, it is a wonder these two didn't come into each other's lives sooner. Timing is everything. Brandon fondly remembers his 3rd or 4th time serving Brittney in theBarking Parrot Bar and Brittney thinking his name was Kevin. Silly banter turned into colleagues chatting casually once in a while to two people sharingthe same crazy group of friends making summer memories floating the channeland being competitive at beer drinking/pool playing. Their close friendship kicked off after a Skydiving adventure together out in Vernon where,they both realized how much they enjoyed exploring with ease together and how hardthey laughed at every little thing. Brandon and Brittney became inseparable quickly and soon realizedthat they were the same person in very nearly every way(annoyingly finishing each others sentences way too often)and found the balance they each craved in each other. Someone to;Laugh withCry withTalk about Life withBreak Barriers withDream of Adventures with&amp;Have as a Best Friend. Everything has always felt easy and fallen into place naturally with fun/excitement and an endless passion for Lego building, song lyrics,delicious food and top notch red wine. Not a day goes by that these two aren't grateful to have the other andthey can't wait to spend the rest of their lives togetherseeing everything that shared life has to offer. Cheers to love and finding the person of your dreams in the most unexpected ways.

Evolve on the Bench

Join the bride for an afternoon overlooking Okanagan Lake and the wineries around it.Cost includes a charcuterie spread with assorted dips and sides, several glasses of wine and the private venue with a view.Underage ladies are welcome for a small fee to cover any food or non alcoholic beverages.This event will be at a cost of $60 per adult.12pm-3pm

Gents Golf Experience

Join the groom for a virtual golf experience at OVG Penticton.With 4 different golf bays and endless access to prestigious courses, come practice your swing and see if you can outdrive the groom.Clubs available and will be included. Wear your golf best or lighten the mood even further with some classic old timey golf apparel.All Ages welcome. Beach Bonfire - Event TBD

Join the bride and groom for a classic fire on the beach.Living between two lakes, the quintessential beach bonfire is a loved part of the Okanagan lifestyle and enjoyed often by the bride and groom along with their friends.Dress warm and enjoy a couple beverages while roasting hot dogs and making gooey s'mores.All ages welcome. No Participation cost.*This event is weather pending4:30pm-7:30pm

Gatsby is referring to the 1920's era party life! It is so easy to fit into the theme in small ways or you can go all out! Toonie Bar

The Champagne Reception will include complimentary champagne for all guests! We will provide a non alcoholic variety for those that are avoiding alcohol and those young folks that will be aboard as well!Bar will be primarily Toonie with some elevated hard alcohol options being charged as a double (whiskey/scotch/tequila)Table wines will be provided showcasing some of our favourite varietals from the local area!

Chef Bruno will be preparing a elevated buffet style Thanksgiving Menu for us all to enjoy!Knowing it is a big ask to have you all join us for the holiday weekend, we wanted to make sure you still get to enjoy the scrumptious dishes as well as the quality family and friend time.

Chef Bruno TerrosoOur good friend Bruno has vast experience in the Chefs world and will be providing our wonderful meal for the evening.He is currently Executive Chef with TIME Family of Wines working with both Orolo Restaurant as well as Evolve Sparkling House here in Penticton.

Nikita AfonsoBrittney worked with Nikita back in the Vancouver days during her time at the Fairmont Waterfront. Nikita is a wonderful acoustic talent who also specializes in duo/trio for more of as Jazz vibe AND flips into DJ mode for the later evening entertainment. Tegan KiomiBoth Brittney and Brandon have known Tegan, a Penticton local, throughout their time living in the area. Tegan is energetic, full of smiles and a joy to be around. Flight Information

West Jet flies into Penticton airport, typically with a layover in Calgary on the Edmonton to Penticton Route &amp; the Toronto to Penticton route. *Penticton airport is a 10 minute taxi ride to either hotel option for rooming block. All primary Canadian airline partners (Flair, Air Canada, Porter, West Jet) fly direct from Edmonton and Toronto into Kelowna. *Kelowna airport is an approx 1hr45min drive to either hotel option for wedding block. Taxi will generally charge anywhere from $190-$240 for the trip. *Rental cars are available onsite at the Kelowna airport.

Driving Information

There are two different routes to take from Edmonton and area!Through Calgary and Rogers Pass or through Jasper/Kamloopsand taking the Coquihalla/Connector Route. Either way is scenic and average for both is 11-12hrs.Please see links to maps below. The time of year usually leads to mostly clear highways on the Jasper/Kamloops/Coquihalla routewith a bit of snow through the Jasper &amp; Robson Valley areas.Drivers will exit the Coquihalla before the highest altitude and weather change points are reached. Calgary/Banff and Rogers Pass will typically have a bit of snow but also could remain perfectly clear. A little more unpredictable due to altitude and extremities of the mountain passes.

The Kettle Valley Rail Trail

The KVR is a well known attraction that stretches all through the South Okanagan Valley. Connecting over 660 kms distance, the trail follows the old railway lines that were used throughout the area back in the day!Take a walk along the Naramata bench on the cliffs above the water. Take in the lovely views and stop at a winery or two along the way!
